As such, we provide options to –
◊  to customise/change floor plans;
◊  to customise/change fixtures and fittings – i.e. spend under $50.00 for a tap, or more than $3,000 for custom designed tap;
◊  to customise/change flooring and finish: 7+ flooring choices to mix/match;
◊  to customise/change external look, feel and finish:  9+ cladding choices to mix/match;
♦  Solar & Wind Hybrid Systems that deliver annual saving of 30%+ … when energy cost continue to increase each year without rhyme or reason;
♦  Level of Finish that minimise the cost of ongoing maintenance and care over the ownership lifetime; and
♦  Building Cost Per M2: from $1,400/m2 for modular custom design + built home (excluding cost for demolition, survey, soil test, section 149, foundation works, etc.) [… see FAQ]

Initial Consultation Fees & Chargers: $1,900.00 + GST (2017 Cost Schedule)
This includes,

(a) Complete set of 2D + 3D rendered design works;
(b) Project Cost Estimate (preliminary estimate only);
(c) Webinar: Up to 1hr free webinar conference, including a 3D ‘Flythrough / Walkthrough’; and
(d) 24/7 Access to HERM Built Project Management Portel… [Mobile & PC App: more information]

Not Included:
1. Travel and accommodation cost outside of Sydney.
2. Working Drawings: Detailed architectural plans, section plans, engineering plans, landscaping plans, BASIX, and detail specifications ready for Development Application.
3. Fixed-Price Contract (subject to PC & PS allowances, and completion of working drawings)
4. Project Delivery Schedule.
